Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Vibe Photos provides AI-powered image editing, text-to-image generation, and photo pack workflows. We are committed to preventing harmful, illegal, or abusive use of these capabilities. This policy defines what is and is not allowed when using the Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, store, or distribute:

• NSFW or sexually explicit content — including pornographic, sexually suggestive, or adult-oriented material of any kind
• Content involving minors — including any sexualized, exploitative, or harmful depictions of children or individuals who appear to be minors
• Non-consensual imagery — including deepfakes, unauthorized likeness use, impersonation, or content depicting real individuals without their explicit consent
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation tools — these capabilities are not offered on Vibe Photos and must not be attempted through workarounds
• Violence, hate, or harassment — content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or targeted harassment
• Illegal activity — content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Deceptive or misleading content — including misrepresenting AI-generated images as authentic photographs of real events without disclosure

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to bypass content filters, moderation, or safety controls
• Using prompts designed to elicit prohibited content (including coded or obfuscated requests)
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt the Service
• Reverse-engineering or extracting underlying AI model weights or training data
• Automated abuse, credential sharing, or circumventing usage limits

4. Content Moderation

Vibe Photos screens user-submitted text prompts before image generation using automated moderation systems, including the Creem Moderation API where applicable. Prompts that violate this policy are blocked before generation begins.

We may review usage, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe this policy has been violated — with or without prior notice.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure you have the right to upload any photos or reference images you provide
• Do not generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Clearly disclose when sharing AI-generated images if context requires it
• Report suspected policy violations through our contact channels

We do not use your uploaded images or prompts to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Content you submit is used only to provide the Service and enforce this policy.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Removal of generated content
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Forfeiture of credits without refund, where permitted by law
• Reporting to law enforcement when required

We cooperate with payment partners and regulators to maintain a safe platform for all users.

8. Changes
