2.1 No AI Training on Your Uploads

We do not use your uploaded images, photos, or prompts to train, fine-tune, or improve our own or third-party AI models. Uploads and prompts are processed only to deliver the features you request and for related operational purposes such as hosting, security, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share information only with:

• Service providers (hosting, processing, analytics such as Google and Microsoft Clarity, payments)
• Legal authorities, when required by law
• Security partners to detect fraudulent or harmful activity

We do not share content or personal data collected via Google Sign-In for advertising services.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or meet legal obligations:

• Account data: until you delete your account
• Uploaded images: until you delete them; not used for AI model training
• Generated images: stored for your access in your gallery until you delete them
• Google Sign-In data: retained while your account exists; deleted upon account deletion

Where necessary for safety, compliance, dispute resolution, or to investigate misuse (including reports of unauthorized likeness use), we may retain limited information for a reasonable period, consistent with applicable law.
